Fresh sardines caught in the beautiful port town across from Amalfi are carefully hand-processed and salted one by one at a factory in a national park surrounded by nature. They are then shipped in high-quality organic extra virgin olive oil. The refreshing greenness and bitterness of Italian parsley harmonize with anchovies to create a stylish dish.

Try pounding these anchovies and mixing them with olive oil to make a sauce for grilled peppers and other vegetables. The herbal flavor of the anchovies adds to the delicious flavor.
It is also recommended as a sauce for pasta, and is delicious on baguette.

At Di Lucia, all of the manufacturing processes are done by hand, and the high quality of the products was quickly accepted by the market.
