They are then shipped in high-quality organic extra virgin olive oil. The refreshing greenness and bitterness of Italian parsley harmonize with anchovies to create a stylish dish.

Try pounding these anchovies and mixing them with olive oil to make a sauce for grilled peppers and other vegetables. The herbal flavor of the anchovies adds to the delicious flavor.
It is also recommended as a sauce for pasta, and is delicious on baguette.
